Everything Bagel with Avocado

Hello,


Here is a breakfast meal to prepare to get your day started. Breakfast Everything Bagel with Avocado! I have been seeing avocado on a bagel as a spread or slices of avocado on toast. Growing up only thing that was on a bagel was cream cheese, and for toast grape or strawberry jam; now avocado somehow is now the new spread to put on bagel and toast?! This is a similar breakfast to fix. I fix this on the weekends instead during the week. I have more time to cook breakfast on the weekend then rushing to make breakfast during the week!

So, let's begin!


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Everything Bagel

  • 2 eggs

  • Slice of onion raw and cooked

  • 2 slices of cooked bacon

  • Fresh Cilantro

  • Mushroom

  • Half of Avocado

  • Spinach

  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions:


  • Cook the slices of bacon

  • For the fried eggs, keep the stove top heat to medium an under.

  • Place a spoonful of butter in pan let it melt, and then add the eggs.

  • Crack the eggs inside the pan

  • Let the egg cook for a minute than pour 1 tbsp of water inside the pan, cover the pan and let it stream so the egg can finish cooking. 

  • Eggs don't take long to cook, just keep an eye of it.

  • I like my yolk soft, so once I see the top is cover with the whites part of the egg, I go head and remove the egg from the pan.

  • Once the eggs are done, cook mushrooms and some of the onion slices. I kept the raw onion slices to the side for topping.

  • Toast the bagel

  • I only use half of avocado. I slice the avocado, place the slices on the bagel and spread the avocado on bagel.

  • Once everything is done

  • Prepare my bagel.
